Years ago, I had over-the-knee boots that I loved! I called them my "pirate boots." But, sadly, I had to throw them out eventually. Ever since OTK boots came back, i've been dying to get another pair, but I've been waiting for just the right one. Well, when I saw these Emilia boots by JustFab.
